Darlene Doyle
Chief Client OfficerDarlene Doyle
Darlene Doyle is Chief Client Officer at PAN. In her role, Darlene provides strategic oversight of PAN’s global client base and brings the firm’s best practices into client programs to drive client satisfaction and retention.
As a member of PAN’s Executive Team, she brings the voice of PAN’s clients into those conversations to ensure the agency is out in front of what matters most to clients. Darlene also leads the agency’s Issues Response and Crisis Teams, providing strategic counsel on communications in these big moments.
Darlene was named to PR News’ List of Top Women in PR in 2019. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her husband, two kids and dog and hitting the yoga studio.

She focuses wholly on the employee experience and thrives on creating new programs and experiences that match what’s important to today’s workforce. Most recently, she led the creation of PAN’s HyFlex+ model, enabling employees to work from anywhere to help them live their best lives. In addition, she was recognized as an HR Leader of the Year by Ragan in the Workplace Wellness Awards. She leads our talent acquisition efforts and has hired the best and the brightest in our industry.
Elizabeth is co-chair of PR Council’s Human Resources community. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying a day on the Cape beaches with family and friends.

Megan Kessler

As Chief of Integrated Marketing and Strategy for PAN, Megan oversees the agency’s specialty teams across earned media, content, creative, social and paid media, working with PAN’s VPs to build and deliver multichannel communications programs. Megan also leads the agency’s organic growth vision, developing service offerings and marketing approaches to propel client and agency success.
Megan also leads a technology practice for PAN, supporting clients in retail/ecommerce, marketing/advertising, insurance and public sector, among others. She specializes in strategic communication, leading messaging, crisis and employee communications, and integrated marketing strategy. Colleagues and clients describe her as creative, strategic, inspired and bold.

Matthew’s collaborative approach and passion for narrative building is only exceeded by his commitment to building strong client partnerships and the love of a good story. When he’s not playing his guitar, you can usually find him on the ski slopes with his family during the winter or jumping in lakes with his kids in the summertime.

Nia has over 15 years’ experience working with some of the world’s most successful tech giants, through to fast-growth competitor brands who are disrupting established markets. Nia’s sector experience spans insurance tech, fintech, retail and mobile.
She began her career working at global PR agencies, Porter Novelli and Ogilvy, before moving client-side for a time at the ticket exchange, viagogo. In 2012, Nia founded multi award-winning agency, Capella PR, alongside Gareth Thomas, which PAN acquired in 2019.

Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, 3 children and golden retriever. He is also involved in his local community, serving on the Board of Duxbury Youth Hockey. From September through April, he can often be found in a hockey rink watching or coaching his kids. In the warmer NE months, he is an avid clammer and boater as well as his kids’ #1 lacrosse fan. He graduated from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

She has deep expertise in corporate communications, crisis management and executive thought leadership. Whether a regional launch or global communications program, Bristol is skilled at developing highly tailored strategies and elevating complex technical narratives to reach key audiences and stakeholders. She currently resides in Manhattan and serves as the head of PAN’s New York region.

Ashley is the Vice President of Media Relations, focusing on PAN’s B2B tech practices. In this position, Ashley brings more than 13 years of experience to the team, including ten at PAN.
Ashley acts as an account and agency leader, heading up the media relations specialist team. Within Team Media, she oversees specialists, mentors colleagues, and delivers agency-wide training. Ashley joins accounts during major campaigns or kick-offs, supporting by directing high-impact media events, partnering on messaging, developing strategy, and executing on outreach with her deep reporter relationships.
Ashley is based in Philadelphia and primarily works out of PAN’s NYC office.

Using data on open rates, placements, and OKR completion, she also leads PANBlast in developing best practices and training to ensure successful campaigns.
Grace leads PANBlast’s pro bono efforts, supporting minority-owned organizations, and is a member of the agency’s DEIB committee. She’s big on live music and enjoys hiking through Indiana’s state parks and working on her 100-year-old bungalow in Indy.
