PAN Communications has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Central Florida in the annual employee-based survey project from The Orlando Business Journal. The 2016 Best Places to Work article was published online at OrlandoBizJournal.com/best-places-to-work on June 24th.

Best Places to Work is designed to honor the area’s leading employers who go beyond the norm to foster an enjoyable and meaningful work environment for their employees. The survey measures employee opinions about their company’s engagement, people practices, value, trust in leadership and more. The employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and giant, with 1,000 or more. PAN Communications was ranked 23 in the small category.

“We are incredibly proud of this recognition, which is a true testament to the culture of the passionate people who work here,” says Phil A. Nardone Jr., president and CEO of PAN. “We have assembled an incredible team that demonstrates creativity, teamwork and dedication to their clients. This type of collaborative culture is truly unique within our industry, and we will continue to invest in growing our teams with the best in the business.”

“I’ve had the honor of working with the Orlando team for nine years, and it has truly been a pleasure to watch this dedicated team learn and evolve into what they are today,” says Katie Blair, vice president of the Orlando office. “Every day we work to provide exceptional service to our clients while maintaining an inspiring work environment for our staff. I’m thrilled to see that this work has not gone unnoticed, and we look forward to sharing this recognition with our community.”
