PAN Communications, an integrated marketing & PR agency for the tech, healthcare and consumer tech industries, was recognized by PR News as one of the Top Places to Work in PR. The winners of the Top Places to Work in PR Awards represent the organizations that truly value their employees. They focus on providing the ideal work environment that makes employees feel valued and motivated to do their job to the best of their ability.

Winners were selected by PR News editors and an outside panel of industry experts and peers. The award is based on employee feedback that requires individuals to rate their overall job and company satisfaction. PR News showcased these leading organizations within the PR sector during the Winter Awards Luncheon on December 6 at the National Press Club.

“I could not be more proud to share this recognition with our entire PAN team,” says Philip A. Nardone Jr., President and CEO at PAN Communications. “We all work very hard to foster talented employees, and we are consistently finding interesting and relevant ways to create a work environment that keeps employees happy and engaged.”

PAN Communications continuously strives to improve its excellence in workplace culture, career development, diversity and leadership. The agency has numerous perks and benefits including a company 401K, Summer Fridays that close at 1 pm, a weekly cocktail hour and even paid volunteer time. PAN continuously raises the bar in terms of growth and development opportunities for employees including the opportunity to attend external seminars, events and training programs at no cost along with a carefully tailored PAN University curriculum, just to name a few.

PAN CEO Phil Nardone was recognized as PR Trainer/Educator of the Year. This award is given to those that have established themselves as a highly sought-after trainer or teacher. Mr. Nardone attended the Winter Luncheon alongside Senior Account Executive Sasha Dookhoo. Sasha also accepted an award from PR News as a Rising PR Star 30 & Under for 2016. This award honors the next generation of PR leaders and creative practitioners who are laying the groundwork for the evolution and future success of the communications industry.

Additionally, the agency was recently recognized by The Boston Globe’s Top Place to Work for 2016, ranking 14th in the small category.
