The news comes on the heels of PAN’s growing demand for integrating PR and marketing services as more brands look to outsource these integrated approaches to better align with their overall marketing and sales objectives.

Michele joins PAN with extensive digital expertise related to B2B and demand and revenue generation, having held past positions both in-house and at agencies over the past 20-plus years. Most recently, she was a director at Blackboard, running the digital marketing and campaign performance center. Prior to Blackboard, Michele was a Director of Marketing at Boston Children’s Hospital and Vice President of Digital Marketing at Forrester Research. Her strong background and expertise makes her the ideal partner for brands to identify and develop multi-channel content needed to generate awareness and communicate brand value.
At PAN, Frost will spearhead a team working to strategically integrate digital offerings across all forms of PR, marketing and media. Specifically, she’ll be driving analytics, content marketing and creative for the agency’s growing service offering which experienced tremendous organic growth over the past 12 months.
