PAN unveils new web site in the age of customer (and user) experience

Taking all things into consideration, such as our recent acquisition and national expansion, summer vacations and the ever-evolving change in user behavior, we couldn’t be more proud to roll out the new PAN website today. In a nutshell, it’s fresh, modern and connected. It’s brimming with aspects that convey our passion, coupled with deep industry experience and unmatched performance across a true integrated marketing and PR approach.

Why did we change and revamp our website now? Because we know today’s modern marketers strive to engage with connected agencies that share cutting edge approaches and knowledge – across devices – anytime and anywhere. Simply put, we wanted our audience to have a better, more engaged experience with our brand – through the voice of our clients – so that visitors get the true sense of what’s behind our agency’s personality. We feel this new site accomplishes that transparency and so much more.

To begin, we are taking a very different design path with our new site. We’ve gone horizontal (totally cool) with an innovative look and feel that’s easy to scroll in today’s multi-screen world. PAN’s site now offers quick and easy access to essential information on who we are and what we can offer, along with a growing resource center for today’s leading marketers and PR professionals.

Now more than ever, insights and behaviors fuel the content that enables the outcome. Our industry needs to be at the forefront of that opportunity or risk losing a seat at the “strategic” table. We feel this road started a few years ago when we began to rebrand our firm from a traditional PR agency to encompass a more modern integrated marketing and PR approach that better serves our clients in the future. It has also led us to a seamless view of the customer that unifies their voice and connects with content across their environment of choice. Never before have we been able to have all things PR, content, digital and social connecting and integrating your key message with personas that will drive engagement. It’s just great to be a marketer today!!

At PAN, we strive to be the number-one go-to resource for marketers, which is why accessibility and ease of use were top priorities for us when rejuvenating our website. While the site definitely looks sleeker and more crisp, it also tells the story of who we are, on a compelling digital platform, more accurately than ever before.
